WHAT IS NENO MOBILE?

Neno Mobile is a website design company in based in Mafikeng with another branch soon to open in Pretoria. Founded in 2014, our main area of focus is modern website design (mobile-friendly websites and responsive website design). We offer a fast and affordable way for transforming existing websites into fully responsive or mobile-friendly sites.

WHAT IS A RESPONSIVE WEBSITE?

A responsive site refers to one website that is optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile. They are sometime referred to as multi-screen websites.

DO I NEED A MOBILE WEBSITE?

The short answer is yes, in today's world a business with a website that does not have a mobile friendly experience is only losing themselves visitors. There are many reasons why a standard desktop website just doesn't cut it when it comes to mobile web browsing. Desktop sites that aren't optimized for mobile can affect your rankings on search engines like Google. They also require pinching and zooming which is annoying on small screens. Visitors that have a poor experience on mobile are more likely to abandon your site and repeat their search, possibly going to a competitor.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A MOBILE WEBSITE?

Our typical delivery time is 1 – 3 working days. However, this is also affected by how fast we received all the required information from the client.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A RESPONSIVE WEBSITE?

Our typical delivery time is 3 – 5 working days. However, this is also affected by how fast we received all the required information from the client and whether or not we are creating a new website from scratch or whether it’s simply an upgrade of a traditional site.

WHAT IS A PROJECT BRIEF?

This is the starting point of any design work here at Neno Mobile. It is the process whereby you (the Client) and one of our accounts managers will convene to discuss the cracks of the project at hand e.g., the breakdown of the navigation or structure of your website or logo design.

WHAT IS AN ACCOUNTS MANAGER?

This refers to the person assigned by Neno Mobile to handle your project. This individual will be your first point of communication. He/she will be in charge of the requirements gathering, project management, delivery and maintenance with reference to your project.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY WORKING DAYS?

This refers to our hours of operation which spans from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. NB we are closed on weekends; however, special arrangements could be made to allow for work on these days. This; however, remains at the sole digression of Neno Mobile and may result in additional charges.

STANDARD DEVELOPMENT RATE

Standard Development Rate is the amount charged for all the design work done by Neno Mobile personnel and is charged on an hourly rate of R 350. Please note that this amount only applies to clients who have done work with us already.
