OUR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

1. Complete the form on the Request A Quote page.

2. We will contact you within 2 working days via email to discuss the Project Brief. This is where we will establish a breakdown of the navigation or structure of the website. Our Accounts Managers will discuss the content with you. If you have intentions of expending your website in the near future, this will be the best point to mention it as to allow for adequate measure  to be build into the design to accommodate these changes in future.

3. For work to commence smoothly on your project and avoid any unnecessary delays you will be required to provide the following;
Your company logo in high resolution, including any unconventional fonts that you may require as well as your company slogan.

All the images that you would like to use on your website, such as product images or any other images. If you are not able to supply imagery we ask that you provide a brief discussion of the type of images that you think would be appropriate to your industry/website. We belief that you would know best which type of images are suitable.

Any promotion materials that you may have put together in the past, such as brochures, flyers, posters or anything that forms part of your corporate identity. The more information you give us the better as this will help our development team to put together design that is as close to the actual finished product as possible as quickly as possible.

4. From this point our development team will put together a demo using the information you provided and your account manager will contact you via email with a link to your demo site and estimated costs for the site . Please note that any changes to the site could affect the estimated costs. The purpose of this demo site is to give you an idea of what your site could look like and how it will function. NB the demo usually contains sample text to give you an idea of the final product.

5. You will be required to inspect the demo site, and if you are not happy with the demo for any reason or if there is anything you would like us to remove or add to the demo; simply email us a request. These interactions will continue until you are satisfied; at which point you will be required to sign off the design in writing (via Email).

6. Once you are completely satisfied with the final design, we will email you our final costs including our banking details. This fee includes a standard deposit fee which will be required before anymore work can be done on your site.
    NB: There are two costs involved
    The total cost for the initial design and,
    A fixed maintenance fee (you can opt for the monthly or yearly option)

7. The next stage will be to upload your content (actual text which is to appear on the finished product) into the approved web design. Using the demo design as a point of reference, you will be required to compile and submit to us the information which is to be uploaded into your website under the right headings and pages. This information would have been discussed during the Project Brief. We edge you to supply content which has been pre-checked and is ready for uploading in an electronic format, preferably Microsoft Word or a similar word processor. Although the process may sound exhausting, we are positive that with our skill base we will have your site up and running in no time.

8. The final product will undergo final testings to ensure quality and to make sure that everything is working correctly. The Account manager will also email you a link for final testing to ensure that the website works as you have requested. Constant communication will continue between you and your Account manager until you have been satisfied.

9. Once the project has been completed you will be required to pay the final balance. Only once the final payment has been confirmed will your new site be published.

Once your website has been submitted to you (goes live), the project will be considered complete. Any further changes to the website after this point may incur extra charges (based on our Standard development Rate).
